with Oestra and golden trout caviars.  garnished with confetti
of hard cooked egg and capers, horseradish creme fraiche and basil oil

 Chilled cedar plank smoked Muscovy duck breast on Intensity
mixed micro greens with pinot noir and blueberry
vinaigrette, blood orange supremes and toasted pistachios
